Alexis Kaye, a disaffected college student, found herself drawn to the Joker's™ nihilistic philosophy, as she saw the world around her falling apart. Determined to prove herself worthy of being the Joker's partner, Alexis created her own version of the Joker toxin and used it to kill her college dean. The Joker, watching from within her wardrobe, was satisfied that Alexis, or Punchline as she called herself, was capable of assisting him in his next big plot against Batman™.

JOKER:

The Joker employs a variety of clown and circus-themed weaponry, including razor-sharp playing cards and acid-squirting lapel flowers. He often sets up his operations in deserted card factories or on dilapidated former circus grounds, staying true to his favorite themes.
