On a street in Gotham City, William Cobb was juggling when he stopped a would-be thief from stealing Nathaniel Haly's wallet. Grateful for William's intervention, Haly offered him a job at his circus. After becoming a renowned circus performer, William returned home, fell in love, and had a child. Regrettably, his wife's family disapproved of William and forbade the young couple from seeing each other. Seizing the opportunity, Haly presented William with the chance to become a "Talon," a covert assassin for a secret organization of wealthy elite known as the Court of Owls. As a Talon, William proved to be virtually unstoppable, capable of being reanimated, and striking without mercy.

This incredibly detailed 7" scale figure is based on the DC Multiverse and has been designed with Ultra Articulation, featuring up to 22 moving parts for a full range of posing and play. The Talon is depicted in his characteristic look from the Court of Owls narrative.
